Tenant fees
Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we can only charge tenants the payments the law allows. These include a refundable holding deposit of no more than one week's rent, a tenancy deposit of no more than five weeks' rent where annual rent is under £50,000, and set charges for changes you ask for, late rent and lost keys.
