Why we exist
Davi Thakar has been a mortgage broker for over ten years, running Option Finance. He kept seeing clients let down by the agents selling or letting their homes: slow communication, poor pricing, and nobody joining up the sale with the mortgage.
Option Estates puts both under one roof. One team sells or lets your home and, if you want it, sorts the mortgage on the next one.
